Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (4QS) entered in the Tally
world as an Enterprise Partner with Tally on 24th March
2006. The strong team from Tally led by Rokiah Ahamed and
Bhavesh Nagrecha was at 4QS office, for the inauguration
of 4QS office in Millennium Business Park New Bombay. 4
Quadrant Solutions is a venture of Udyog Software (I) Ltd.
the developers of UDYOG EXCISE, number one excise software
in India. The group is having a presence across the country
through it 18 offices. This office has been set up with
focus on Tally Ascent core development and as a service
provider for Tally products.
On the Inauguration day Mr. Ashwin Dedhia – CEO welcomed
the invitees and guest. The inauguration was done by Rokhia
Ahamed – CEO – Large Enterprise Business, Tally Solutions
Pte. Ltd. – Singapore at Millennium Business Park, Mhape,
New Bombay was done in the presence of important dignitaries
and Eminent guests present at the occasion which included
Mr. Ashok Shah – Chairman – V-Trans India Ltd., Mr. Shailesh
Sanghani – Managing Director – Gitanjali Jewel Ltd., Mr.

In her exquisite inaugural address to the guests and visitors,
Rokhia Ahamed, CEO Large Enterprise Business, Tally Solutions
Pte ltd. Singapore, said…”This is the first time in the
history of Tally when a company without any previous tally
partnership has made their presence in the Tally Business
arena with such a commitment to excel” She was glad to see
the office in the IT park (Millennium Business Park) surrounded
by IT Giants and the kind of infrastructure and commitment
of the team of 4QS. She affirmed her confidence for great
success of this venture. She briefed the group about the
product capabilities and uniqueness. She expressed her views
of getting the major business and growth from western region
in the coming months, in line with Tally strategy of ‘Power
of Simplicity’. She said that the technical power of Tally
and the functional strength of the 4QS would be able to
provide successful implementation to the customers.
Mr. Ashok K. Shah – Chairman of V-Trans Ltd., a Rs.85 crore
Transport group having presence in more than 200 cities
and town with over 1000 employees. V-Trans is one of the
first few organizations to have automated and computerized
record management and transaction tracking systems in the
transportation segment. Mr. Shah is secretary of Kutch Corporate
Forum. He is the Chairman Bombay Goods Transport Association
and had been one of the most successful presidents in the
past 50 years. He was instrumental in saving around Rs.
13 crore for the Transport Industry as a whole in the form
labour Cost.
Mr. Ashok Shah blessed the entire team of 4 Quadrant and
expressed his confidence in the team for achieving success.
He said that his organization was a user of Tally from past
several years and is confident in 4 Quadrant Solutions for
successful implementation of Tally Ascent. He added that
the success of Tally Ascent will ultimately be the success
of the entire nation as it is an ERP solution for the masses.

Mr. Shailesh Sanghani congratulated 4 Quadrant Solutions
for opening this Tally Enterprise Partner Office to provide
solutions to the tally Customers in the vicinity and Corporate
at large. He added that there was a need for ERP solutions
for the SME segment and that company like Tally has entered

Mr. Ketan Rambhia said that being an auditor, many of his
clients were users of Tally and during this tenure he found
that the simplicity in use was so much that even a non graduate
employee works on Tally. He was confident that the price
at which Tally Ascent is marketed made it a value for money
and the small entrepreneurs could now very much afford and
think of enterprise solutions. He stated that the leadership
of Ashwin Dedhia a Chartered Accountant by profession would
ensure better service to the clients. Tally is a product

about the TallyAscent – ERP. The visitors were glad with
